REVIEWS

Olive Tree – ‘ Good rollicking pace and has potential for the folk/alt country audience. The lyrics roll nicely and the verses flow well into the chorus. Great playing as well!’ - WAM

Olive Tree - ‘ The most marketable song I have heard on unearthed yet. A song that will cross the demographics, a production quality that is ready for airplay and a wit that will find a place in the minds and hearts of millions. Great.’ Damos, Triple J Unearthed

Yours Sincerely – ‘Great productions on these songs. A very catchy pop song with strong hooks and articulate structure. Great Hammond lines! Very hard to fault as a commercial rock tune.’ – WAM

THE SONGS

1. Forever - Forever is a song that questions clairvoyance as a way to seek clarity. The path of life you choose depends upon the actions you take. What could have happened is a question that is asked after it is too late to turn back.

2. Lighthouse Lady – This can be interpreted anyway you like. Some believe it is a song about a prostitute. This song was actually written about some of the personalities I have worked with in the past.

3. Patchwork Heart – Written for the person in your life that that boxes up the past, kicks you in the ass and puts you on a new path in life.

4. Olive Tree – This song came together so fast! A song that tells a story of a revolving door relationship. A relationship forever on the edge that will never end.

5. Writing on The Wall – The words in this song were written for my very good friend who at the time was going through some real tough times.

6. My Lesson – A song about becoming trapped by the routine of life. The loss of the freedom of youth that is replaced by wisdom learned through experiences in life.

7. Rippled the Water - This song paints a picture of how quickly life can change perspective from the actions and decisions we make in life. Some things that seem so clear can become so unclear in an instant.

8. Yours Sincerely – A cheating girl, a boy and their letters.

9. This Is Your Life – For my daughter. Nothing else matters as much as your children the greatest gift you can receive.
